Cass has achieved success across the spectrum of fundraising techniques. Her professional skill set spans corporate sponsorship, grant application preparation, donor prospect research, capital campaign management, policy and procedure development, feasibility study management, integrated fund development planning, case statement writing, planned giving implementation, along with a strong background in healthcare philanthropy.
Having worked for over thirty years in the charitable sector, Cass has developed strong contacts within Saskatoon’s business, civic, arts, healthcare and education communities.
Believing volunteerism and grass-roots development is vital to the health and success of every community, Cass has been very active both at local and national levels as a leadership volunteer. The community has recognized her involvement throughout the years with the YWCA Women of Distinction, Citizen of the Year, and the Association of Professional Fundraisers Outstanding Professional Fundraiser awards.
When Cass isn’t working, you’ll find her reading, writing (not doing arithmetic), travelling and enjoying time with family and friends.
