The Ronald McDonald House provides accommodation, comfort, compassion, and a sense of community to families whose children receive treatment at the hospital.
Objective
A $10M capital campaign for the expansion and renovation of the Saskatoon facility to help a new generation of Saskatchewan families stay together, support each other, and make memories.
Result
Several lead gifts were made to the campaign, taking it over $2M past the overall goal in only one year’s time
Expanded the facility to 34 room
A highly anticipated and successful reopening of Ronald McDonald House Saskatchewan in Saskatoon

Co-chairs Jerry Grandey and Doug Osborn played critical roles in the overall success of the campaign
Campaign volunteers were recruited province-wide
Many RMHS volunteers who’d contributed countless hours to the operations played a crucial role in advocating and sharing stories with potential donors
Guest families graciously shared their stories of support and impact with potential donors
