Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre

Research & Study

Every month, nearly 20,000 community members turn to the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre for critical information and support.

People who use these programs receive nutritious food, including locally-grown produce, learn about health and nutrition, and access the low- or no-cost clothing depot and income tax program.  Many benefit from the high-impact workplace training and literacy program offered by this vibrant organization.

These initiatives encourage individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals and actively disrupt the cycle of poverty.

In addition, the Food Bank’s urban agriculture initiative promotes healthy food production, education, and community engagement.
